("Tanjom", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of tanjom.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit the Site, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us. We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

  • Marketing, analytics and reviews providers, such as email, advertising, analytics and product review services, to communicate with you and improve our service.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, tax and reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent to our use of your data for marketing at any time. 8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
